Worked at the intersection of analytics, product and financial-services operations, modeling conversational and transactional information for reporting and decisions.

• Designed and maintained data channels on AWS (Athena, S3, Glue, Redpanda) and dbt so downstream teams could rely on clean, scalable flows.
• Built incremental, layered models (raw → intermediate → marts) used for analysis, reporting, and conversational AI initiatives.
